Rewards Affiliates program based in Sydney Australia should be avoided at all costs by gaming affiliates. The program is run under Casino Rewards. CR have been busily purchasing failed casinos powered by Microgaming. Currently Casino Rewards owns approximately 35 online casinos.

The AWAA has no issue with any business entity amassing commercial assets. However the AWAA takes a very dim view of any affiliate program who contacts tagged affiliate players, and attempts to hoodwink these players away from affiliates. This is the exact modus operandi which was brought to the attention of gaming affiliates in March 2011.

Through a test conducted by myself, Casino Rewards backed with support from their affiliate program Rewards Affiliates, contacted my test player within less than 2 hours with untagged links to their web-site. Whilst Casino Rewards claims to be the loyalty program, it also runs a more sinister operation.

Any tagged player contacted directly by Casino Rewards and thus visiting the web-site is presented with varied promotions and links to their other casino properties. My test player followed a number of on site links which led him to other casinos. However instead of my player being assigned to me as the referring affiliate, the cookie registered as a direct type-in from the Casino Rewards web-site.

Thus my player who was contacted directly with email by Casino Rewards minus my affiliate tag, if he signed up at any of these casinos, he would not be affiliated to myself but the owners of these gaming properties. This is nothing less than outright theft. Rightful affiliate commissions are still being stolen by Casino Rewards with the assistance of the Rewards Affiliates Program.

Personally I have sent thousands of players to these casinos, not withstanding the fact others who are now owned by Casino Rewards. The AWAA strongly advises all affiliates to not touch this affiliate program with a barge pole, unless of course you don't mind having your rightful commissions stolen from you!
